Baby Boom is a comedy in which Deane Keaton plays the role of a career woman and management consultant in New York. She takes care of a six month old baby when a niece dies. Because her life as a mother and consultant demands too much, she switches to a food producer as an account manager. When this job is not successful, she moves to the countryside and becomes an entrepreneur in the production and sale of baby food. Her gourmet baby food becomes a big success.
